When an H-2B worker became a permanent resident, the next chapter was bringing his wife and children to join him - navigating both employment and family immigration to complete the journey.

A foreign national initially entered the United States on H-2B visas working for a U.S. employer. That employer later sponsored him through the PERM labor certification process and immigrant visa process, resulting in the client becoming a U.S. lawful permanent resident.
