A foreign national initially entered the United States on H-2B visas working for a U.S. employer. That employer later sponsored him through the PERM labor certification process and immigrant visa process, resulting in the client becoming a U.S. lawful permanent resident.

After obtaining his green card, the client sought to reunite with his family.
